Welcome back to the Cellar! This month we are heading to Manhattan for some classics. We got together with Mr. Grayhame to try out 3 versions of tasty concoction. Enjoy!

All Manhattans made with two parts whiskey, one part sweet vermouth, shaken with large ice cubes, fine strained into martini glasses.
